POP Training is best for professionals who are looking to do things the right and professional way. Whether you are a tenured, rookie, or waiting to be on board, this is a strong program to support your sales journey. We will strengthen your competencies in sales, particularly in prospecting. We also have POP for Managers designed for aspiring or appointed managers for Recruitment and Leadership Development.

It will be fun, interactive, and life-changing. The workshop is packed with activities that will allow you to test the effectiveness of techniques. There will be lots of learning, but most importantly, you will apply everything you learned before the sessions end. You will also be personally coached by our very own Coach Grace Domingo, whose credentials are unquestionable.

For our Open Classes (open to any insurance or financial company), this is a two-day Zoom training workshop from 8:30 AM  to 12:30 PM. For exclusive face-to-face sessions, it depends on your preferred day and time. It can be one whole day on a weekday or a weekend. Please note that you will provide the training room and other logistics when you want to have an exclusive session for your team. 

The minimum number of participants is 20. The discounted learning investment fee in Zoom is PHP 3,000 per participant, which includes a training e-certificate and a soft copy of the materials. For face-to-face sessions, the fee starts at 4,000 PHP per participant. Learning fees may change without prior notice.

For our open class, make sure that you have a Zoom account, a great internet connection, a mobile phone, and a great signal. We will be sending you the training reminders in advance so you can do your preparation. For face-to-face sessions, we need your 100% participation, a pen and paper for writing notes, and a mobile phone. Additional reminders will be sent one day before Day 1 of training starts.

Absolutely. We conduct Open Classes via Zoom and click Enroll Now to join the next session. There is no face-to-face Open Class yet. It is best to form an exclusive session instead, with a minimum of 20 participants.

The learning investment fee is strictly non refundable but transferrable. In the event you have paid and unable to attend the scheduled POP Training workshop due to whatever reason/s, you can ask someone to replace your slot. Please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

Yes, you can attend the next session but needs to pay again the whole learning investment fee of PHP 3,000.
